About: Like one’s wedding or special occasion, floral preservation is a unique and delicate craft within every pour, as no two are alike. And we make painstaking efforts to ensure the most gentle and effective curing process before its pour.
Curing: The acidity and alkalinity of a flower’s soil, its food intake, including its source of water weigh in on the curing process, and the integrity of the color it holds. One red rose may dehydrate to an almost midnight black, while another may dehydrate to a deep burgundy; all of which we have no control over.
Processing Time: Total processing time prior to delivery is approximately 17-21 days.
Resin: We use a high-end, commercial-grade, clear-as-glass resin for all preserves.
Price: Starting @ $390 (not including tax + S&H) for the popular single-rose cube. Pricing is subject to change and varies from one design to the next. Please call for details.
Refunds & Exchanges: None.
Deposit: A 100% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders under $1,500 USD, with a 50% non-refundable on all orders over $1,501 USD. Once the preserve is finished, completion of payment is required prior to delivery.
Disclaimer A) The very second a flower is cut, it ever-slowly begins to die. And just as its food source affects the color outcome following dehydration, so does outside temperature and the duration from which it was cut. Please be mindful that while we take every measure to ensure its original color, Nature’s Keepsake is not responsible for the post-dehydration color outcome.
Disclaimer B) Because your flower was once a living and breathing source, the now dehydrated flower will release tiny air pockets as it’s submerged in resin. And though we make painstaking efforts to mitigate any/all air pockets it releases during the settlement phase as the resin slowly hardens, Nature’s Keepsake is not responsible for the stubborn releasing and trapped formation of tiny bubbles from the flower/rose.
Disclaimer C) Customer agrees that final payment to Nature’s Keepsake, if any, must be made no later than the 10th Business Day following the verified completion of service(s). If completion of payment is not met by the 10th Business Day, the buyer understands they forfeited their purchase in its entirety.
