– The Extension LIFE website is not responsible for the content, images or videos posted by users. -The Company or a private individual by registering on the portal is responsible for the content of the ministron (memorial) and all presentations, in particular for the truthfulness of the data, the reliability of the content, compliance with applicable law, customs and moral norms and these regulations.

-The placement of a memorial or other publication on the pages of the Extension LIFE is equivalent to the statement that the person posting and paying the memorandum has full legal and moral rights to such publication. By publishing the memorandum (s) the person paying the service bears full legal responsibility for its contents in the light of the law of the country or region in which it resides, the country or region in which the grave or memorial site is located, and the applicable law international.

-The company or person paying the service also bears legal consequences for the use of names, words and reserved marks. All information provided on the Extension LIFE website should be accurate, complete, accurate, and may not be misleading. In the event of any violation of any of the above rules, the management of the site is authorized to remove the published information, the presentation or the entire ministry and at any time, the user is not entitled to reimbursement of expenses or separate compensation.

– By accepting this Terms of Use, you agree to receive information about the provision of services electronically by the Extension LIFE. -Service is available 24 hours a day, all days of the year. However, the Extension LIFE reserves the right to make interruptions due to emergency or service maintenance. The Extension LIFE is not responsible for any losses caused by such interruptions.

– Data obtained through the Extension LIFE web site may be used only for private purposes by an individual user or company, meaning that the above data can not be used for commercial purposes (any kind) nor for public information activities. , unless the basis is a separate agreement with the Extension LIFE or order confirmed by an invoice. Including is not allowed:

a) use of the information obtained from the database to carry out the mail, regardless of its nature and content,

(b) paid or unpaid disclosure of information obtained from the database to third parties, and publicly available or disseminated information. You may make prints from the database solely for your own purposes,

c) Access to the database using software other than a regular web browser constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and is a condition for the breach of this Act.

– In the event of a user’s breach of the terms of this Terms of Use, or a reasonably presumed assumption by the Extension LIFE that the user is infringing or planning to violate these terms, in particular by using the information or any part of it for any commercial or public activity, Block the user from accessing the site. In addition, it may in that case enforce its own claims for damages related to the infringement of intellectual property rights and the rights of third parties.

-The Extension LIFE Board reserves the right to suspend / remove the User / Advertiser’s account which violates any of the provisions of these Regulations, and in particular:

– If the new user has not published the memo within 14 calendar days after his / her initial registration. -Any kind of spam. – Competitive advertising services.

-Using words commonly regarded as vulgar.

-Memories containing content that harm or slander other users of the Extension LIFE collection or employees of the company or its partners.

-Memories or publications containing pornographic content in any written or graphic form (pictures, drawings, sketches, etc).

-Memories and publications whose content is vulgar,

-Memories and publications containing content and photographs breaking the law.

-Memories offensive, defamatory.

-Memories call for violence or hatred on a national, racial and religious basis, etc.

-Memories advertising services or goods of any kind. -Memories or publications that are not in accordance with commonly accepted principles of Nets.

-Memories or publications that conflict with Polish law and international law. -Memories or publications that are considered to be in conflict with the rules and may work on the collection of the Extension LIFE or its users as well as the company or its partners.

-The administration and management of the Extension LIFE reserves the right to remove incomplete, vague or low-level memorials. -Publications of the type are not allowed and the directory administration reserves the right to remove such publications.

-The membership fee empowers every active user to edit their memoranda, or enter, correct or update them. When you cancel your account and do not cancel your publication, the published material becomes automatically the property of the Extension LIFE.

– In the event of a breach of one or more of the above points, the Extension LIFE Board reserves the right to:

a) the introduction of individual access restrictions for individual users

b) to waive publication of contact details of the company

c) Block the user account or publication for recall or permanently. – If you violate the rules and block the announcement, you will waive any claims for your payment.

– The user has the right to cancel the user account and the written permission not later than 10 working days after the user’s account has been blocked. The Extension LIFE Board is obliged to review your appeal within 30 days of receiving your appeal. Until the appeal is considered, all activities and publications in the Extension LIFE will be suspended.

-The Extension LIFE collection authority reserves the right to change the content of this Terms and to run the new version at any time without notice.

– With a complex IT system running on a large scale like the Extension LIFE, technical failures can occur due to hardware issues or software independent of the board.

– The Extension LIFE collects no liability for any failure of the information system and does not return any costs incurred by the User for the failure of the advertised portal.

– The Extension LIFE collects no responsibility for the quality of data coming from the database of companies cooperating with the service. When making an entry in the database, the user accepts all the rules.

– In cases not regulated in this Regulation, the provisions of the Database Protection Act apply.
